If you did not like your prints for any reason simply contact us with your order number or order receipt and some photos of your prints in decent light and we’ll either re-print them for you or refund you in full. Reprints are limited to one per order, and if you are not 100% satisfied with the reprint we will offer a full refund.
If your prints were damaged during shipping please send us images of the damaged package as it was received, the shipping label on the package, and damage to the prints. We will re-print and ship back to you at no cost. *Please be aware: If you do not return the print in the condition you received it we will be unable to fulfill your reprint or refund request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
We refund 100% of your purchase cost on sale items as well.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
