Artist Statement

Emergence, a mystic bridge coming out of the fog. The weather I’ve experience in Astoria is always this foggy, misty, providing a sense of curiosity of the unknown that’s happening around and within the old oceanside town. This bridge reaches into the distance, splitting a brightening sky as the sun tries to break through. Emerging, giving life to an otherwise grey and gloomy day.
